1 Definitions and Interpretation

"Platform" refers to the tkbeat website and all associated services accessible at tkbeat.bet. "Member" or "You" refers to any registered user of the Platform. "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to tkbeat and its operating entity. "Services" means all betting, casino, gaming, and ancillary services provided through the Platform. "Balance" refers to real-money funds held in a Member's account. "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits subject to wagering requirements distinct from those that apply to real-money balances. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between the Member and tkbeat.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account on tkbeat, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. tkbeat is strictly a 21+ platform. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of tkbeat or any of its affiliated entities.

tkbeat reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any of the above conditions at any point during your membership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3 Account Management and Security

Each member is permitted to hold exactly one account on the tkbeat Platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or under different identities, is a material breach of these Terms. tkbeat will close all duplicate accounts without notice and may withhold any funds held therein pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time authentication codes associated with your account. tkbeat will never contact you by telephone, email, or any other channel to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are active is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify tkbeat immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

You must not permit any other person to use your account or your payment credentials to access the Platform. Sharing accounts or allowing third-party access constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

tkbeat supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Withdrawal minimums and processing times are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source is owned or controlled by a person other than the account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any such transaction identified by tkbeat may result in the reversal of funds, account suspension, and referral to the relevant authorities if money laundering is suspected.

Withdrawals are processed subject to identity verification. tkbeat applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures consistent with responsible financial practice. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo identification document and proof of your registered payment method before your first withdrawal is approved. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to periodic re-verification.

tkbeat does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which tkbeat accepts no responsibility. Currency conversion, where applicable, is performed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, tkbeat offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other incentives to members. All promotions are subject to individual terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and game eligibility criteria. These specific promotion terms are published alongside each offer and form part of your agreement in relation to that promotion.

General bonus rules that apply to all tkbeat promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only. tkbeat reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be voided along with any winnings derived from them.
• tkbeat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus interpretation, tkbeat's decision is final.

6 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on the tkbeat Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market or game type. Sports betting rules, including settlement procedures for postponed events, abandoned matches, and void markets, are available in the Help section of your account. Casino game rules are governed by the respective game provider and are accessible within each game interface.

tkbeat reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome where:

• A clear technical error, pricing error, or manifest mistake has occurred.
• There is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, insider information, or irregular betting patterns.
• The terms of the relevant market or game have been materially misunderstood due to a Platform error.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate the cancellation of a market.

In-play betting markets are subject to a latency delay. tkbeat does not guarantee the availability of in-play markets for any specific event and reserves the right to suspend or close markets at any time during a live event.

Bets are accepted and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All displayed odds, stake fields, and account balances are denominated in BDT unless otherwise stated.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkbeat Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without express written consent from tkbeat.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome, in a manner that tkbeat determines to be systematic abuse.
• Colluding with other members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Impersonating another person or providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions by registering a new account.
• Charging back or reversing a payment after it has been used to fund gambling activity on the Platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

tkbeat is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all members. We provide the following tools to help members manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a set period.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of tkbeat.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkbeat's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the claim. tkbeat is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Platform.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, including internet service providers, payment processors, or cloud hosting providers.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a Member's account where tkbeat was not at fault.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Suspension, Closure, and Termination

tkbeat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Continuing to provide services to the account would expose tkbeat to legal, financial, or reputational risk.
• We are required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement direction.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12 Amendments to These Terms

tkbeat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. 13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. tkbeat operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair resolution of all Member disputes. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to a binding arbitration process before initiating formal legal proceedings. tkbeat does not submit to the jurisdiction of any specific court unless required to do so by applicable law.

14 Privacy and Data Protection

tkbeat collects, stores, and processes Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. tkbeat uses SSL encryption and industry-standard data protection measures to safeguard your information. 15 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and tkbeat with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
